The design, of a luxury 587m2 residence located off the coast of Malibu, California. The brief was to design a open home that embraces lots of glass with structural steel. The use of sky frame glazing systems is used to provide exactly that feel. For privacy the glazing system includes an electrochromic function which can darken or lighten the glass by the flick of a switch.
